This competition is run by Purple Mobile (Pty) Ltd, a South African mobile service provider.

The competition runs from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.

Entries received after midnight on the last day of the month will be included in the next month’s draw.

Purple Mobile reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.

Employees, agents, or direct family members of Purple Mobile (Pty) Ltd are not eligible to enter

To qualify for entry, participants must:

Complete the short form provided via WhatsApp or Purple Mobile’s official links; and

Answer four quick questions about their current airtime and data usage; and

Ensure all information provided is true and complete.

Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

The monthly prize is one (1) Samsung Galaxy A16 smartphone.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Colour and specifications may vary depending on stock availability.

Purple Mobile will contact the winner directly via WhatsApp or phone call using the number provided.

The winner will be selected by random draw within 7 working days after the month ends.

The winner’s first name and town may be announced on Purple Mobile’s social media pages (Facebook, WhatsApp Status, etc.).

If a selected winner cannot be reached within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen.

By entering the competition, participants:

Consent to Purple Mobile collecting and processing their answers and contact details for marketing, research, and service improvement purposes;

Agree that their information will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA);

May be contacted for future promotions or offers, but can opt out at any time via WhatsApp or email.

Purple Mobile will not sell or share participants’ personal data with any third parties outside its approved service providers.

Entries will be disqualified if:

False or misleading information is submitted;

The entrant uses multiple WhatsApp numbers or identities to enter; or

Any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Purple Mobile reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to withhold the prize if there is reasonable doubt.

Purple Mobile’s decision on all matters related to this competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Purple Mobile shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
